Born to Lead or Learn to Lead

The thing about footsteps is- some create them & some learn from them to create their own. Likewise about trends where some initiate them & some learn to build on further. Both perspectives create leaders and this world has seen many of both moulds. Question hence is- is leadership learnt or are we born with it.
